Hi, I'm Addison! I'm so glad you're here.

Arts and culture organizations are leading important community efforts, expanding access, building connection, and creating spaces where everyone belongs. Yet the teams behind that work are often stretched impossibly thin.

That's where I come in! I'm a fractional development and communications partner with hands-on senior leadership experience, including accessibility and inclusion initiatives, a Bachelor's in Communications, and a Master's in Nonprofit Administration.

 

I take the operational weight off your plate so your team can stay focused on your audiences, your programs, and your community.
